The Hub Foundation is pleased to confirm that it has successfully negotiated for MASH2 prices to be held static until 31 January 2016. SunEdison, the solar supplier, for MASH2 has confirmed today that any customers placing an order for a MASH2 Standard or Premium system will benefit from the discounted bulk-buy rates if they place their order by 31 January 2016. This applies to customers in Mt Alexander Shire, Macedon Ranges Shire and any other Shires within the region and is applicable for standard installations.
Residents and businesses in Mount Alexander Shire have previously been advised that MASH2 closed for registrations at the end of September, says Jo Kaptein, Project Office at the Hub Foundation.
However, demand has been so high that the Hub Foundation has decided to re-open registrations to people living in Mount Alexander Shire as well as anyone living in neighbouring Shires such as Macedon Ranges, Bendigo and Hepburn. This makes the programme simpler to administer as well. Registrations need to be received by 31 December 2015 and anyone wishing to order at the MASH2 bulk-buy prices needs to do so by 31 January 2016, said Kaptein.
