Solar Victoria announced yesterday that they have extended the date by when you have to submit your paperwork to claim the Solar Vic Rebate for the 2018-19 financial year, assuming you had a solar PV system installed between 19 August 2018 and 12 April 2019 (inc).
Friday 14 June 2019: deadline for submitting rebate paperwork
If you installed a solar PV system between 19 August 2018 and 12 April 2019 (inclusive), you now have until 5pm, Friday 14 June 2019 to submit all the paperwork needed to apply for a rebate in the 2018-19 financial year.

What you need to do is contact Solar Victoria as soon as possible (I’d do it right away if I was affected by this).
Solar Victoria have requested that you contact them about this matter, using the following email address:
rebateapplications@solar.vic.gov.au
Once you’ve sent this email, get in touch with your solar supplier asking them to provide you with the following paperwork (if you don’t already have it):
- Solar Provider Statement
- Certificate of Electrical Safety
- STC Assignment Form
- Tax advice or receipt for solar PV system
