In April 2018, MASH appointed solar retailer Energy Matters through a competitive tender to help us deliver the MASH 4 and Hepburn Bulk-Buys.
Unfortunately in December 2018, Energy Matters informed us that they are winding down their operations in Australia and as such are no longer taking new orders. In January, Energy Matters had been working with us and Victorian based company Skybridge to finish all pending installations for MASH participants. At the end of January, Energy Matters made a decision to cancel all pending installations.
We are in the process of appointing a new solar retailer and are not taking new orders or request for quotes at this stage. We are hoping to have a new partner on-board as soon as possible by February and open up to new customers at this time.

If you have an existing MASH system installed by Energy Matters, please note that all warranties are still valid and must be honoured. Under Australian Consumer Law, Energy Matters parent company Flex have obligations to honour all warranties and maintain a team to service Australian customers.
